Senior management is the hurdle to the prospering of the company. Employees are striving hard but unfortunately, it is only the "selected" group that will receive the special treatment. The HR is also not connected to the people. In addition, as a HR dept, the frequency of the change of HR personnel tells alot on what is happening within the dept.
