Everything, Management is micro-manager's, stressful and painful employer. Way too much work for a 8 hour day, worked from home even after I left a 8 hour day. They need to hire people, but they squeeze 3 jobs out of 1 employee. If you like lots of pressure and a ball of stress then choose this job. Ohh and did I mention the pay sucks....
