There are many. 1) Upper management and HR literally dont care about employees. 2) Long working hours. If you leave on time, your boss will next day will blast at you. 3) Every individual is highly overloaded and stressed, managers will scold you any time. 4) Salaries are very less and HR will literally made you cry. 5) This is the worst HR department I came across. Every year, 50-60 experience people are leaving the company.
