Pros

I actually got really good bonuses and solid pay.

You are the star - and then you are the problem. Why? They are not loyal to humans. They espouse diversity even though no executive position of importance is non-white male. Look at the leadership team and the titles. They operate on the premise that percentages matter and power does not. Yet they won't give up the power. Hmmm.
