Low hierarchies, sometimes flexibility in working hours, free food, interesting projects, international environment, lots of great and very smart people
Kontras
Change for change sake, even if it doesn't make any sense. Career development inexistent if one is no designer, leadership that doesn't lead at all (i.e., blaming others for their incompetencies) but the best to me was blaming non designers for not being a designer. And to be fair, we're all designers in the end.
