The organization embraces new grads and sets a comfortable environment which recognises and appreciates new talent, regardless of seniority in the company. HR initiatives at keeping the employees happy have worked and a lot many people have stuck to the organization for 6-8 years.
Kontras
The pace of the organization is a bit too slow, and most of the products are not breakthrough innovations. Having said people settle down for a good period of 6-8 years, change management is bit of a hassle. Working with an outsourced IT partner slows the pace of innovation further.
