Nice coworkers, it is unfortunate that many are or have already left the company.

Kontras

Rated as a high performer, yet given a 2% pay increase after first year, and a 3% pay raise after second year. Not even keeping up with inflation. No incentive to stay at the company, others are paying more. The turnover is high.

Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

Kontras

Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
