      Politik ist überall (wie in Großunternehmen), selbst wenn in einigen Bereichen bereits Veränderungen eingeleitet wurden. Oft besteht die Notwendigkeit, jede noch so kleine Sache, die man tut, zu kommunizieren, selbst wenn der Wert minimal ist, anstatt Zeit in die Schaffung eines echten Mehrwerts für das Unternehmen zu investieren. Für Menschen, die etwas bewirken wollen, kann das sehr frustrierend sein. Lassen Sie mich wissen, wenn Sie Anpassungen wünschen!

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Kontras

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
