The case load systems are awful, glitchy and result in constant re-work. More time is spent on figuring out how to extract more than 12 hours a day from people than on providing support. Don’t plan on working weekends.
Kontras
Burnout 4 times in 7 months because of the lack of care for peoples’ mental and emotional health. Don’t expect management support and don’t talk back or question anything or you will be disciplined. Whilst you’re supporting your community from a mental health perspective, you are not supported. Nepotism isn’t healthy either.
