Extremely political environment. Management continually places trust in people that cheat the company and then put policies in place that hurt honest employees and drags back the business. Management does not communicate clearly nor does it keep commitments to employees unless they are lawfully bound to do so. Diversity is not valued and short term gain is the main goal of the company. The company has been and continues to be involved in many lawsuits from former employees.
