Based on my experience for last 1.5 years, I can list the following Pros: 1. Work Culture: It's the best part of working here. Amazing support from the leadership at all times. 2. Opportunities: You'd have opportunities open for you to explore and try anything within the IAM space.

The only Con that can be felt at times by folks is that in this focus towards immense growth, sometimes you might feel lack of visibility on where we have reached in the growth vision of the firm.
