Very low pay - Title Specialist bei IAA: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The pay for the amount of work was ridiculous. We had a meeting EVERY DAY, and it was like starting your work day with doom and gloom. They supposedly give quarterly bonuses, but management seems to be the only recipients even though our work is what makes the numbers for the bonuses. Hostile work environment, and leadership was not leaders. They took things very personal and could not contain their attitudes/personal feelings towards certain team members.
