Where to start from : 1. Mr. CEO wants to get into small operations & day to day chorus. He is very much interested to listen gossips. He keeps calling employee in his cabin after every 10mins & discuss on silly things consumes your 2 hours of time & later question on your performance. He will easily gets influenced by other people & later after 15days the Rader person will be out of office. 2. There are lot of trust issues.
