Pros
1) The team I spent most of my time with were fantastic. 2) The office is pretty new and has adjustable desks.
Kontras
1. Long hours + difficult senior managers who wanted things yesterday without a thought to well-being - just get it done and work to midnight without recognition. 2. Impossible deadlines set by management that caused stress and anxiety in the team. Not told why we only were given a few hours notice of this impending deadline - often it was because a senior manager had sat in it for months and not bothered telling us...They would then change their minds on what they actually wanted!. It all felt like a waste of time, seems no direction or strategy. 3. No future promotion or career path, management and HR wouldn’t even change job titles to match what I was actually doing ,or align to market, as they wanted to pay as little as possible. 4. Neposotim is rife and people hired solely on who they know, company says it’s “People First”. Lots of children of directors are given jobs.
