      Other co-workers and has nice places to eat for lunch close by.

      Their salary is a joke, if you see any ratings on here that is more then 1 star, it's someone who is asked by the owners to write a good review. If you don't they will just fire you. They have fired about 100 employees in 2 years, and this is fact. They should just sell this business to someone who knows how to run a company, cause Hypercel is worthless , with again no thought of someone's livelihood, bills, kids, etc. Be aware even people that have been there for years they will just fire without a second thought.

      Pros

      Lots of room to grow, company grows every year. Good work-life balance, work environment sometimes challenging but fun place to work with an exceptional team both in the US & China. Management is supportive and cares about their employees. Open to suggestions that benefits the company workflow and recognition of the employee's input.

      Not all understands what happens behind the scenes beginning with development, operation  manufacturing process
