Thank you for posting this review. Am sorry it did not work out for you in our Bangalore office and take full responsibility for you feeling this way. HyperTrack started in New Delhi from the basement of my home in 2016. We moved the engineering office to Bangalore under a new engineering leader in Jan 2018 to scale up the team, while I continued to work from Delhi until eventually relocating to San Francisco in Aug 2018. Unfortunately, the Bangalore product/engineering team did not work out, and we recently shut it down. It was a dysfunctional setup and I take full responsibility for creating the circumstances that led to our failure as a team. All remaining engineers have accepted offers to relocate to SF, while our new engineering leader in SF has built an awesome team in San Francisco and Ukraine. I am committed to building a company that values meritocracy over democracy, ideas over hierarchy, and constructive confrontation over diplomatic appeasement.
