      Unbelievably friendly and welcoming company. Supported career development and great HR department. Lovely philosophy where “family come first “ is one of their core concepts. Amazing experience

      good fostering of culture and good at picking people who work well within an existing team

      Pros

      Line manager was very accommodating towards my internship and attentive to my progress Seniors/Mentors welcomed me warmly and taught me a lot Social events were fun Weekly CPD sessions with great snacks Location is great - the walk around the Harbour every workday.

      No cons really - Received a job offer after the internship but due to state of Work Visa rules the offer was retracted by HR.
