The only good thing is that you can get promoted quite fast. This is not because you have gained many skills, but rather is a strategy employed by the company to retain individuals.
Kontras
The company has a very low employee retention rate and the management team set unrealistic tasks. The management team overload employees without doing any work themselves. Also, the level of un-educated people in the company is surprising as a lot of employees and managers are clueless in regards to the job they are doing. Any educated person would easily get frustrated and leave very fast and this is why people are leaving. The management team all stick together and employees do not get a say.
