Kontras

Even if you work extremely hard and put in 120+ hours of effort during critical project periods, you can still expect only a 5–6% appraisal at best.
Despite the workload and revenue generated from billed projects, most of the profit stays with top management instead of rewarding employees properly.
Hardly any senior employee feels motivated to stay long-term due to poor growth and recognition.
Every year after April, the company goes into continuous hiring because of high attrition.
The 3-month notice period is unnecessarily long.
Work-life balance is very poor during delivery periods.
