You could meet the metric requirements for a pay raise but that does not mean management will follow through. -CEO will get worked up about politics and send out strange company wide emails encouraging people to follow strange non reputable sources that are blocked by the company firewall. -They do not provide any references if you apply to another job -Be skeptical with reviews, they have encouraged us in the past to write good reviews when they have had trouble hiring in the past
