Pros
Public transport is a very viable option, they contribute 14% of your salary to a 401k (without you paying anything), the health benefits are great, and there's an on-campus urgent care with great NPs. The culture is very lax in the research setting and it has phenomenal work-life balance, but this is PI dependent.
