The patrons are the best part of the job.

The administration works hard to abuse and mistreat any workers who are not in their “favorites.” Only nepotism hires get promoted. Seniority is ignored. The ones in charge either mock and belittle their workers or create lies in an attempt to get rid of people they don’t like.
