The post above is not accurate. We have not revoked any campus offers. People from campuses typically join us between June and September. This year, the joining dates are stretched longer than usual. We have set joining dates between June (last year) and Jan (this year, 2024) for 43 candidates, many of whom joined us and some who chose not to. There are another 20 whom we want to onboard in the next few weeks. Why these extended joining dates? The reason is the same as for other IT organisations. Project approvals from customers are taking much longer. 1-2 customers saw their funding reduced, and so did their IT spending. On the plus side, we have continued to grow in this period of slowdown and are adding people at about 3-4 a month. Our communication with candidates is clear and quick. A response to every query goes out the same day or, at the latest, within two days. We recruit carefully and select really good students from campuses with a good starting package of 8-14 lakhs. We want every one of them to join us. We have not revoked any offers and will honour every single one of them.
