Everything. The place is a hell-hole. They treat you like they own you and you are a bonded labour. They are very unprofessional and have no work ethics. Have no decency how to talk to employees, even girls. I myself quit after few months. Everyone has quit the company after a year or maximum two because it is suffocating to work here. There are no incentives, no comp offs, no personal life whatsoever. All they want is make you work like a donkey and make money. All the profits go to their pockets. Especially the CTO of the company has no manners and is unprofessional.
