1. Totally no work life balance, you will get activated randomly anytime. 2. If you can't make it or so, they like to gulit trip you. 3. Expect you to be on standby but no case allowance and not allowed to time off for after office hours and weekends you worked. 4. Shortage of delivery manpower, every week suppor/ sales staff EXPECT to help with deliveries. 5. Refused to accept suggestions 6. Internal backend staff politics causing function handicap 7. Bad delegate manpower causing daily poor arrangement of case support.
