Medical insurance benefit is good, but now they've outsourced payroll and benefits so expect that may change.

Horrible communication between Korea HQ & international offices/personnel.
If you're not a Korean national expect to be marginalized beyond reproach on a daily basis.
Not much innovation within R&D, basically the standard method is to just copy generic chip maker's reference design.
Very little value added for Humax products.
