2yI, too, hate email communication. If anyone has a better way to address over 100 employees located across the country, simultaneously, while also keeping in mind the needs of neurodivergent clinicians for whom things like Slack and work text threads can be overwhelming, overstimulating, and ineffective, I’m all ears.
We do offer ways for beginning clinicians to offset their desired income discrepancy through working with our admin, creative, and/or tech teams as their caseload builds if they so choose. Not everyone wants a side gig when they are starting in the field, so we try to assist where we can.
