Pros

Nothing much just the pantry full with snacks & they provide cooking tools for you to cook, nearby public transport & easy to find food for lunch

This company seems to be more suited for those who are looking to retire. The boss often walks around the office, monitoring if we’re doing our work. The management frequently extends probation periods, from 3 months to 6 months, and then potentially to 1 month. If you're unlucky, they may terminate you after 6 months, citing 'failure to meet KPIs.' However, how can we possibly meet KPIs when clients take too long to process candidate interviews and make decisions? Despite this, the company refuses to accept such delays as valid reasons and instead blames the recruiter or supervisor, claiming they didn’t do their job properly. When you receive a termination letter and your employment contract is nearly up, they suddenly offer you a 'permanent' position. This offer feels abrupt, especially after discovering that most recruiters and other departments are resigning. The company is offering 'permanent' positions out of necessity to fill gaps left by departing staff. Additionally, I was asked twice whether I wanted to stay with the company. Initially, I told them I had decided to move on because I received another job offer. They were not satisfied with my decision and asked me to 'think twice.' When I confirmed that I still wished to leave, they put my salary on hold and informed me they would only release it at the end of the month. It felt like being terminated, and I panicked to find another job. But suddenly, after I received a new offer, they came back and asked if I would consider becoming a permanent employee. This sudden change was confusing and raised many concerns about the company’s internal management and stability.

Got any pros aa this company? Maybe got a lot of food in pantry but that is not something that can be proud of actually

Everything. Literally everything. It will be never ending listing of how bad this company is. From the boss, clients, colleagues, all worst. Boss will always get angry, shouting on the staff face, even on external technician as well. Respect? He never know how to respect staffs. Dont know how to speak very well as he is foreigner. Language barrier on top! micromanage at his very finest. Even will open your pc when u on leave. So watch out! Then keep babbling and the instructions will be changing every week until u dontknow what is actually your task. Other people said that he is micromanaging, yes he is! He will never change During iv, the so called manager said a lot of upcoming projects but turned out there is only few. Beware with “Senake”. It will always seems super good in front of you but it is not. It will keep potraying as a life saviour and “protecting” the team but it is not. The staffs will be interfer the HR things so HR task will not only be done by HR. It will be done by others as well. Your salary not only HR will know but other position as well. No privacy. If the task is assign to other people but u the only one understand, the job is yours. They will ask you to do it instead of learning together. When boss ask is everything clear or not, they scared to ask and will pass the job to people that understand. And also, be prepare to work together with staffs that know nothing abt excel and canva but still proud with the “M” title. The title goes for nothing actually. I mean it. You would love to learn something? Hahaha just in your dreams. This company have nothing good to be learned of. Their workstyle still use pendrive. Got a lot of pendrive with same files. If u would like to learn how to work by using pendrive n not using shared folders, u are welcome to join this company. Clients- delay. Keep delay, delay and delay. Used to send tons of CV but have no reponse until almost 2 months. Which cddt that willing to wait? In your dream! But the so called manager will only speak based on the how long as he/she work as manager and he/she know already without having a proper consultation/ inspection and investigation. And what have been said? Not enough CV sent. Useless! In reality I do send in a group that he/she is not invited in that group. A tons of CV and interview hve been held. Again, assumption. The worst part is, you are needed to go back follow the wrong clock. Hahahahah nonsense. As the staffs always go back on time, this senake ask to follow the a 5-min-late clock. Nonsense! But luckily not one staff follow that ridiculous rule. Lastly, if u hope for being confirmed. Just continue your dreams. They will not confirm you unless you prefer to be a stupido in this company. So you may get the confirmation. What i menar by stupido? You okay with being shouted in front of other colleagues, you PC will be open during your absence, your work will be eyed from your back, and you willing to wait for boss to update the report during meeting. One.by.one. And yes one more thing, u are not allowed to take MC on Friday. If u sick on Thursday, the M will ask u to still come to office even for half day because of meeting. But eventually, the boss is accusing the staff as the reason why the M is taking MC. Again, assumption happen.
