Career Advancement Program (CAP) - we have launched a Career Advancement Program that is available to every employee company wide. The program outlines exactly what it takes to be promoted, and allows each employee to take the driver seat in their advancement journey. If you are a current employee, you can access the program materials and instructions on Paylocity in the County tab. 3. humano highlight - employees are encouraged to share a 5-minute or less video about themselves and anything they would like to share company-wide! These videos will be linked in our company weekly newsletter to help connect the humano family nationwide. If you have a video you would like to submit, please email it to WeListen@humano.net 4. Swag Store - employees mentioned they wanted a way to get access to cool humano gear. We are happy to provide a link to an online store with a $0 markup.
