If audits not met write ups and/or discharge is possible. Stress is high making all nurses unhappy. No raises if community volunteer hours are done, if the employee is negative in meetings and if metrics are not met. Have to visit doctors offices miles away once a month. Nurses do not last too long. High turn over of employees.
