Pros

There are some really good people at Humana.

Kontras

Humana looks inwardly instead of looking at their customers. They spend countless hours in meetings and conference calls amongst themselves to reach decisions that could/should be made easily. All decisions are bottom line based. It's a bully culture. High turnover reflects employee dis-satisfaction.
