They pay bonuses, 401k and have a flex schedule if you meet production and quality metrics
Kontras
Metrics are alot pressure and if you don't meet, you lose flex time. There is no discernment for leadership- if you miss metrics by one point, you lose flex and there and you are well down the path to be coached. I was always a nervous wreck.
