      Guaranteed base salary which is nice. They also provide all the technology you need as far as a phone and laptop.

      Kontras

      The expectation is to work 6 days a week, all the time. I found there was no work-life balance and the management in San Antonio is not the most responsive or receptive. They only care about the Humana broker program, not the actual Humana employees.

      Managment can not get out of thier own way. So much waiste. The only reason the firm does so well is that its competition is as bad as they are.
