Pros

You are exposed to other areas of responsibilities outside of your own. Anyone who hires an former Humana employee would benefit from the vastness of ther experiences.

Kontras

It is very difficult to be promoted. Company does not believe in rehiring former employees. Salary is average, and percentage of increase is limited and departments has a maximum amount of monies designated for performance increases, so most managers scale performance reviews to fall within the requirements, meanwhile they "rob Peter to pay Paul" in order to keep within the budget. Thus create an imbalance.
