LIES LIES LIES THEY say you're doing benefits and eligibility then have you do claim benefits and eligibility with little pay, With a high level of stress,so it becomes overwhelming,they watch everything you do like your a child ,they record your screen they record your calls and when they system isn't operating properly your THE BLAME and to add insult to injury ITS WAY too many CHIEFS and not enough INDIANS They don't communicate well at all.They tell you one thing then five other people tell you something else.now your confused and not complying.Also, after they lied about what your job title and responsibilities are You will be doing High quality work with little to low pay SMFH and if you have kids forget about it.they let the.TPA LIE about calling directly from physicians office then they have 20 claims they want to do and you are no allowed to say how many and if u suppose to be off child's or not you have to stay on the call even if it's 1 hours later,they don't provide overtime So u just stuck where u are.THEY BLAME you when the callers don't do survey and most of the time YOU do 20 claims for a lying TPA and after all those claims the caller speed through they last script and hang up ..and the providers are just rushing people So they hang up as well.You shouldnt be the one reading a survey script after a 2 hour call.DO BETTER this why they always hiring can't keep nobody
