Benefits on day one, every Friday you get a 1 hour lunch break for wellness time.

They don’t train you properly , everything is rushed and they don’t care about their members. Some of the management is racist so if you’re a POC good luck being respected and talked to like a human being. During training questions are called "interruptions" . They want to see you fail… management sucks and the trainer just reads from a PowerPoint that she supposedly can’t show the class because it has notes for dummies marked on it. I lost so much respect for Humana and will NEVER recommend this insurance to anybody nor tell people to apply here. This company took a huge toll on my mental health and it’s really unfair how they played us. My training class went from 26 people to 4 people in 6 weeks. Stay away and find another healthcare insurance company that values the employees and actually trains them.
