Better pay. The benefits are ok. Some co-workers were and great to work with.

Too many politics. Too much of favoritism and good work never reaches the Sr. Management. No recognition for hard work and success. The middle management is inefficient in providing guidance. No defined structure/process and different Sr. Directors/VP's have different views in operating the organization. Management encourages ( forces) for your frank inputs on process improvements only to use them against you.
