Loved the benefits, company culture in diversity, inclusion, employee appreciation. They try to encourage employees to grow and reach their goals (professionally, personal and health) (the company per se).
Kontras
Immediate leaders, or segment leaders might have a huge load and pressure that goes down from leader to leader until gets down to you. Performance and Productivity pressure is REAL. Miss the company sometimes but the production and metrics pressure made me feel frustrated and emotionally drained many times (I had to be 99%- 100% correct in all my production audits ).
