Humana is one of the best corporations in the world to work for! The incentives, flexibility, inclusion & diversity initiatives & amenities are "top shelf".
Kontras
Unfortunately, in the past Humana hired a lot of self-serving, hostile work environment inducing leaders. A few of them are still around in director roles & up, & are still stuck in the corporate stone age mentality of leadership capabilities, tactics & fear-mongering.
