Pros
The education reimbursement program is amazing if you are going for a MBA. There are mutliple departments/organizations within Humana to move into (if you can). There is the ability to have some additional training (if available). There is a high importance placed on customer experience.
Kontras
There is a lack of feedback during reviews. HR has no placement program if looking to move outside of department. Main concern: working environment differs greatly between departments. This is probably the biggest reason people. Additional training may not be available, even if requested. Culture very dependent on senior management in specific department.
