Humana is great if you're able to get your foot in the door. They encourage you to learn, keep learning and allow you to move around.

In 2022 a lot culture change started. With that, new management, new CEO and you got it, many (thousands) lost their jobs. A lot of great knowledge went out the door. 2024 is a horrible year and many of those employees are still looking for work. If you notice you're being left out of important meetings, feeling left out, there are reasons for it. They will work around you and work you right out the door.
