      Great working conditions, fantastic and engaging team, good work, play and life balance. Approachable management. Good benefits and support.

      Lack of objectives and overall business focus, can be a bit too day by day, more competitive salary and more breathing room on projects

      Thanks for the constructive feedback! We're proud of our managers so we really appreciate you sharing how approachable they are. We hope some of this has changed with our launch of the 2020 Business Goals, objective and personal development planning across the teams but if not, let us know and we'll do what we can to change this!

      Pros

      Supportive group of people to work with. Everyone is respected equally. Exciting place to work as you can tell that everyone care about their job role and the future of the company. Great work/life balance.

      - Fantastic culture with a true people first approach. - Interesting work with good / new challenges to engage with. - Good growth plans / opportunities; both as a business & for staff. - Progressive environment, employing new tech & ways of working.

      - Can be a little 'hectic' at times, due to volume of work / different initiatives.
