Some examples of pass events: trade shows, galas, crab feast, fundraising parties for associations, food drives. Each quarter the charity jar in the office goes to a charity of an employee's choice and the owners match whatever is in the jar. Room for Advancement: they allow room to grow in your carrier and take classes for getting new licenses and designations. Company pays great benefits: health insurance, 401K matching, and all of the continuing education for keeping your license and more Culture is one of team building and grow. The team/owners supports everyone both in and out of the office. We are all here to protect lifestyles and love what we do. Owners do cookouts and order food for the team periodically. We have jeans days on Friday and have other theme days throughout the year: Example: Christmas sweaters, sports team day for opening day, Spirit Week, etc. Summers normally we come in earlier but get off at 3 on Fridays.
