If you don't, say goodbye to your success in this company. Teams compete over the same pool of potential opportunity, which puts Managers at odds with one-another, leading to a culture of self-interest and a lack of collaboration. The company has struggled to adapt to its substantial growth, with targets and KPIs increasing regardless of the economic downturn.
