Many opportunities to learn, and technologies share is pretty good. A lot young and intelligent people, Woking environment is pretty good. Different choics to transit if you don't want to be an engineer anymore.
Kontras
A really long working hours even though sometimes it's not nessary. That's the major concern. And salary and stock is dramatically different between managerment and regular employees.
