Every day is challenging as the work is very dynamic. Very good company for the new joinees and continue working for 6 to 7 years. Can gain lot of knowledge in a short time. Packages are also very good.
Kontras
The motto is to capture the market and do what ever is necessary. Sometimes employee will be treated with no respect and just as a worker. Lot of IS regulations and lot of restriction. No Freedom and everything is restricted. Management practices are very poor and sometimes no accountability.
