Company has introduced new policy of disbursement of variable pay after 9 months of appraisal closure. This is ridiculous as you have to stay in the company for almost a year longer to get the variable component. If you leave the company before that you will not get anything. No pro-rata nothing. Which means whenever you leave the company you would atleast lose 9 months of variable salary. This could be more.
