- Timely salary - Great benefits -- Health Insurance, Complete access to Udemy catalogue for self learning, bonuses for exceptional performance, - HowNow is a great place to work if you like challenges, and like out of the box thinking - In my past 2-3 years of experience here, HowNow has grown exponentially, and has made a global footprint - which demonstrates validation of vision, business, and competence - The Leadership unlike other places I have worked at, they're aware of employee morale management, and acts timely to better it - The team acknowledges your personal events and sends a token of happiness, this kind of support makes you feel belonged - You can place your thoughts freely, and in my experience I was given the right and selfless advices from the management, which shows they care for their employee's overall growth as well -- this contributes heavily to my loyalty, dedication towards HowNow Overall, I have been in the Mumbai office when it was just the three of us, and we've grown to almost 20, and are still growing at a very fast pace - joining HowNow has transformed my thinking, and has made me a better developer, leader, and person too!

Not a lot that can be listed. Multiple good reviews are based on internal push to add good reviews

Kontras

Lot of them. Found the culture to be very dictatorial among the founders - they dont listen to anybody and blindly just go by what they hear from their favorites.
