Pros
This really was a great place to work. I loved signing on each morning, I had amazing interactions with my colleagues, the work was interesting, and the mission is awesome.
Everyone really is invested and cares about each other and what they're doing. I would highly recommend working here, especially if you're passionate about climate, but with the expectation that it's a lean startup.
Kontras
Most of the cons relate to the difficulty of scaling a startup. It's just hard to do, even with a good product and talented employees.
I would call out the following as things that weren't critically bad, but could definitely use improvement:
* Transparency is so-so; you can learn anything about the product and the data/science just by asking, but the business decisions and company state are a bit murkier
* Sales is... mystifying. And also completely opaque. HowGood has an incredible, industry leading data set. They should be able to charge a lot more for it
