Direct managers are understanding. Great culture at Houston Methodist to serve patients.

Executive leadership does not have clear communication. New management has penalized staff even though executive leadership arrived less than 1 year ago and does not have a clear plan. Forced RTO to promote collaboration but the work environment is low key toxic.
